A Vellore-based technology group, since 1993.

VITPARK, Vellore Information Technology Park Private Limited, is a Vellore-based technology group, working on India’s digital infrastructure transformation, from silicon chips to AI. Since 1993 our work has grown from traffic and security systems to payments, data centres, renewable power and a semiconductor programme in Ratnagiri, with design engineering at its core.

1993
Our history begins
The founders start their business in the engineering and technology sectors.
1997
Vellore Information Technology
Started as a proprietary concern for software development, working as a programme development partner for the industrial sector.
2003
Computerised Traffic Control System
Started in 2001 and completed in 2003: a sensor-based system that detected signal violations and captured vehicle number plates in a fraction of a second.
2004
ATM Intelligent Security System
Motion-detection recording that starts when someone approaches the ATM, with transaction details embedded in the footage.
2014
Reverse engraving printing
Reverse engraving printing with Japanese technology for ID cards and passports, a process that later grounded our work in semiconductor packaging.
2016
Sustainable Energy Projects
Digital energy meters implementation.
2019
Vellore Information Technology Park
Vellore Information Technology Park Private Limited is incorporated.
2021
VITPARK Last-Mile Digital Infrastructure Partnership with NPCI
Partnership with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for last-mile digital infrastructure.
2022
Semiconductor fab support, Singapore
Technical and engineering support for a global semiconductor company’s fab project in Singapore.
2023
VITPARK
Vellore Information Technology Park grows into a multi-division technology group.
2024
VIT Semicons Park and the Ratnagiri project
The semiconductor company is founded and Maharashtra approves the Ratnagiri silicon wafer, fab and ATMP mega project.
2025
MoU at WEF Davos
An MoU with the Government of Maharashtra, signed at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
2026
Agreements with Hitachi and KLA
Signed at SEMICON India 2026 in New Delhi, for technology, machinery and engineer training for the Ratnagiri project.
